Installation error

Hi All

I tried to install my blog and i get the following error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING in /home/content/s/a/v/savershop/html/wp-config.php on line 4

This is my wp-config.php file contents:
