problem with SEO Watcher

    I automatically updated my WordPress installation (which went ok) and plugins today, but after I automatically updated SEO Watcher my pages (both WordPress generated and in the admin panel) no longer appear. Instead I get this error message:

    Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/***/public_html/wp-content/plugins/seo-watcher/wp-seowatcher.php:1) in /home/***/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 865

    Any ideas how to fix this or manually disable the plugin in phpmyadmin?
