if I go through incognito I can access admin.. however through installitron it takes me directly to a 404 page that says this:http://canadianrockies.earthweb.earth/wp-content/deleteme. not sure if I have a virus… have added a bogus plugin

We’re sorry you are getting the run around. Please understand we cannot possibly know what’s happening with WP if it is being filtered through Installitron. If WP though incognito mode works, that tells us WP is working properly and the issue lies elsewhere. Can you access wp-admin through your usual browser without incognito and also without going through Installitron? If so why not do that? Why keep using Installitron?
