CF7 Radio Buttons assign value

    Hi,

    I want to insert values to the radio button options.
    The user sees
    option 1
    Option 2
    Option 3

    And if he choose option 1 I want to get an other value with email.

    Option 1 = One
    Option 2 = Two
    Option 3 = Three

    So in the mail I want to get the value “One” not “option 1”

    Is there a possibility to do this?
