user profile for 1 role not loading

    Hello,

    I have a user that belongs to a role. user can go to account settings but when user clicks on: view profile the profile is not loaded.
    If i create shortcode on a page for that role i see the profiel without menu options
    if i change role of that user to another role it all works great.

    Please advice
