Okay, please make sure you have pretty permalinks enabled.
Make sure that you have set your default language (in PolyLang).
Make sure that you have assigned the correct language to the correct footer template (Elementor).
Do these things in this order.

I see the problem. When you create your default language template you need to use the + (plus sign) to create the alternative Languauge.
In your case, the language relationship has not been created in PolyLang.
Sadly, delete your secondary language templates.
Then click plus and re-create secondary language temps.
This will work.
Did that with the Header right now. But when i cklick on + and then edit with elementor and save it, it looks the same?!? Actually just chagned the header, cause ther ist less to change.
SO by default, Polylang will copy the Elementor content into the new template. Then that template must be translated into the other language.
for sure, thats what i did. In the english header i changed the text in the search form and saved it for english version with no condition at apoearence.
but nothing changes?
yes, cause i just added 2 sites in Egnlish, therefore there are onla to sites in the englisj menu. But the Search Placeholder shpuld change from “Suchen…” to “Search…”.

Everything is fine. In your screenshots the search in English is English. make sure you clear your cache.
Try make a big change like change background colour of English header and see if it changes on the front end. Make sure to check incognito and after cache is cleared.
If still not, I may need to login to have a look.
yea, those sreenshots are directly from the elementor. i changes now the background colour to green, cleared cache and launched site in incognito mode but nothing changed. If you like, i have “Temporary Login Without Password” installed.
