WP Authentication without email

    My company is using WordPress for our internal blogs. We would like all employees to be able to comment on messages posted by our executive team.

    We are using our domain usernames and passwords to log into WP. A problem has arisen whereby employees without email accounts are not able to log in. How can we change the authentication process to authenticate users who do not have an email address?
