502 issue

Hello there,

I am working on a website that has wordfence.

There are 502 errors on some pages.
ex. https://wwwbrandsentrikcom-jhftns9rajo6t8jg.stackpathdns.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/everthing-content-blues-600×250.jpg

The cdn company ran tests and says it’s on the hosting side.
But this works:

https://www.brandsentrik.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/everthing-content-blues-600×250.jpg

So the hosting company says the 502 is coming from the cdn.

Cdn company said to whitelist ip addresses which would most likely be the problem. They said it might be the firewall?

Help would be appreciated
