Can’t login to WP-admin

    I’m brand new to this, but i keep trying to login with the username and password i create and it says invalid, i try resetting by entering the email I setup with the admin username and password, but it never sends a reset. I try to delete the wordpress installation and reinstall it and create all kinds of users and passwords but it doesn’t work PLEASE HELP ME!

    Also, I know the installation worked because it sent an automatic, site installed and updated to 4.9.1 message to the email i specified, BUT NO PASSWORD RESET MESSAGE!

    Hi csills.

    You can reset the password directly in the database. Please see https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-reset-a-wordpress-password-from-phpmyadmin/

    You should be able to access phpMyAdmin through Bluehost’s version of cPanel.

    Yes, I’ve seen this and I was trying but I don’t see any options for databases other than sql in my hosting admin tools. I cannot find phpmyadmin or Cpanel. How do I get there?

    I get in to MySQL database and click on open new myphpadmin but it keeps opening MySQL in a new window the users page doesn’t match what’s on the video I’m so confused

    I’m in phpadmin, I’ve got the users up in the database but it has browse greyed out so I can’t modify it any ideas?
