1. Settings > Discussion options and enable comments
2. I even turned off the option to disable comments after a certain number of days
3. Enable individual post comment settings
4. Installed Health Check and Troubleshooting plugin and turned on Troubleshooting mode
5. I even disabled all the plugins I was using
6. Used the default Twenty Nineteen theme
I still don’t see the comments, the comments form, even the div id #comments and #respond cannot be found.
Totally stuck.
Does anyone have any idea where I might overlook?

I have tried the following:
