Hi,
What did you update? The Theme?
Can you try going to Mega Menu > Tools and clear the CSS cache? And any other caching plugins or server caches that might be switched on.
I tryed all but didnt work. I also try to disable and then activate both plugins
even that doesnt workHi,
What did you update? The Theme?
Hi Prestige,
I see you are hosted on SiteGround, so please ask them to restore a recent backup (or you can do this from your hosting control panel).
Then create a staging site and apply the updates there instead. We can investigate/fix the problem on your staging site first, without affecting your live site.

As a quick fix, you could go to Appearance > Menus > Max Mega Menu Settings and disable Max Mega Menu for your primary menu. That will give you back the default theme menu. Ideally you need to restore a backup and recreate the issue on a staging site so we can investigate the issue in isolation. I will be back online in the morning.
Sir, the update is done more then a month ago
we could not get a backup which is working. What can we do now?
If i make a staging site can you look for me please?
Hi,
Yes, please:
1. Make a staging site
2. Create and activate a child theme
3. Go to Mega Menu > Tools and clear the CSS cacheHi Prestige,
I will take a look now. But please edit your reply and remove those access details ASAP!
I removed all thanks
Hi,
It looks like a problem with your theme. It may be a simple configuration issue/theme option (but your theme authors would need to point you in the right direction if that is the case, as I am not familiar with this theme).
Your theme tries to register 2 menu locations (Primary and Footer):
https://screencast.com/t/ltD6VJSD
.. but if we go to the Appearance > Menus page, they are missing:
https://screencast.com/t/QONxUZDV
You will need to contact your theme authors and ask them to investigate why that is happening.
Once that issue is fixed, tag your main menu to the “Primary” location and enable MMM for it, and it should start working again.
Hi,
I have looked again.
In the parent theme functions.php file, at the bottom, there appears to be this custom code:
https://screencast.com/t/37vAuFwVJSXg
Because you have included your own “printshop_setup” function, it will prevent the real “printshop_setup” function (futher up the same file) from being executed. You need to remove that custom function and find a different way to do what it is you’re trying to do.
Hi,
If i remove that what will happen? will the nav menu work again?
Hi,
It should do. I don’t think that code should be there at all. I think you should download an updated copy of your theme and see if the code is in there.
You would need to discuss this with whoever added the code in the first place to find out why they did it (I can only tell you what doesn’t look right).
