Coockie Notice / href link OK

Hello,

I serach a way to change a href=”#” on Ok acceptation button to remove link.
I manage a specific SEO method and i try to remove all unsefull links for Google bots.

Do you have an idea ? I already to change a href to a encoded span base64 link using js but break button action.
