Social share links cannot be edited

    The plugin offers 4 social share links: facebook, twitter, Google+, Linkedin.

    It would be good if we could edit this list. G+ for example does not exist anymore. Another excellent feature would be to have the possibility to add your own social share links.

    For now, if Google+ could be dropped from the list, it would be already a good start.
