Config Files

Can anyone tell me the location and name of the files used to set the Environment Array and the WordPress Config Array? I just noticed that a couple of plugins that I tried but discarded, left their configuration behind. I would like to erase it because in one of the cases the Jscript seems to be all there. And they were to manage AdSense.
