modifying the gallery type settings action NOT working

    I was able to create a custom gallery using specific settings and want to duplicate them for another gallery. I tried duplicating the gallery and editing it. and I tried creating from scratch again only to see the spinning icon on screen when I click on the ‘settings’ action button. It won’t let me. Please advise.
