1. I’d like to sell a gift card for $50 but I want the value to = $100 on the WooCommerce store. Is that possible?
2. Is it possible to apply the generated coupon code to purchase another Gift Card on your plugin? Probably not but thought I’d check.
3. When buying a Gift Card, the buyer has to do too many clicks. They have to click “BUY”, then click “CONTINUE” on the next page, and then they can finally “PAY NOW” on the next page. Can we put all of these steps (Name/Message/Email/Pay) all on just one page? Oh, and can we make the ‘Your Name’ field “required”?
4. Is it possible to change or shorten the URL of the PDF upload. For eg, this is an example of the URL of the voucher – https://www.mywebsite.com/wp-content/uploads/voucherpdfuploads/55547001083567199059985669.pdf – this is quite long. I’d also prefer buyers not to see the ‘wp-content’ part. So could we somehow do it so it reads – https://www.mywebsite.com/pdf/55547001083567199059985669.pdf – or something shorter?

Thanks for your questions and feedbacks.
1. It is not possible? Our plugin is only compatible with WooCommerce for voucher redeeming.
2. Sorry, It is also not possible right now. But we will think on this feature for our next versions.
3. Both of plugin forms are fixed in design. You only can change the colors. If you want to change like you said then you have to change much code to do like this.
4. Again, this is not possible to change pdf links in shorten URL or something like you said. We will think on that for our next versions.

We checked this bug in “Your Name” field. We resolved this issue in the plugin. Now this issue will resolved in the next version. We will try to give an option to hide these fields in next version.
It is not possible by our side to remove these steps. For shorten URLs or remove wp-content from url, we will think and work on this.
