Listing Image Size

hi,

pliz guide as how to set the maximum image size in Single Listing page. As the image in this link https://dimapurlibrary.com/WordPress/nagaland_listings/flowers/ is too big and want to reduce it by keeping a maximum size above which even if upload by users the system automatically adjust the size.
