    Dear all,

    I would like to thank you for your great plugin

    I want to use “Hidden Input’ and in Value, I should put a title page
    I want to see the page title in submission part after people send their information

    But it does not work
    Can you please help with that?

    Hi,

    You can set the hidden or any field value by just passing the value as URL parameters. For example:
    xyz.com/engineering?title=anything1
    xyz.com/engineering?title=anything2
    xyz.com/engineering?title=anything3

    Here title is the label of hidden field. If your field label is Page Title then you can pass it like:
    xyz.com/engineering?page_title=anything1
