Manually submit uncaught form submissions

For four days CF7 was storing submissions via the CF7 Submissions plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-submissions/), but NOT sending them to Salesforce because we missed a setup step. Is there any way to resubmit stored submissions to Salesforce, or do they all (roughly 350) have to be added to Salesforce manually?
