Might be causing issue with mobile version of forms

    I’m pretty sure that this plugin is causing some sort of conflict, whereby the checkboxes become completely uncheck-able. I did deactivate all plugins (of course, this renders the form useless), and I changed the theme (also making the form useless).

    Any ideas?
