Need help with some code

I’m using arras theme (free) and i would want the slideshow in this code to show a picture of my choice in it instead of that my articles randomly appear inside the slideshow.

The picture that i want in the slideshow will never change i just want it to be permanent inside there.

An alternativ for me would be if i could delete the whole slideshow and get my picture to appear instead of where it should have been.
