    How do I get users to place orders by requesting a quotation (RFQ) when they click on listings that interest them?

    Sorry, the plugin doesn’t have the feature you need. You can hire a WordPress developer to develop it. We can help the developer adding hooks in the plugin where required so that he doesn’t have to edit plugin files.
