Posts go missing from google

    I added my blog on google around a month ago. I am using a wordpress blog. I have noticed that when I write a new post It comes to the google indexing but is never cached it only appears when I search “site:technodesi.com” a lot of my good posts have been deleted from google. Earlier it was not so some of my earlier posts are doing good but the new ones just dissappear from here. I think it is some problem with my seo plygin bt I configured it the same way in my previous blog and it works well.

    So what might be the problem with my new blog
    The URL of my site is http://www.technodesi.com

    Okay a new problem arose today the new pages were cached but still there were no there in the google search. No rating for them. Now what is this can any one explain it to me what is happning to my web site
