Mobile Menu Not Scrolling

Hello,
I’m having a problem with the website not scrolling when the main menu dropdown is open on mobile. A client brought this to our attention and it only seems to affect android devices. I tried to check things in the inspector, but scrolling becomes disabled when the menu is open on any of the mobile emulators, as well.
Any help is greatly appreciated, as the contact page is unreachable on Android if the user can’t scroll down.

I don’t have an Android device, which is why I was trying to check things on the mobile emulator. I’m checking the mobile emulator on the Chrome inspector.

I just checked the website on the Firefox mobile emulator and scrolling is disabled there as well when the main menu dropdown is open.

This is the default behavior when the mobile menu is opened. The scroll for the body of the page is prevented.
In the mobile emulator in chrome there is no scroll. You have to actually click and drag to scroll, same as you would do on a mobile device with your finger.

Thank you for your reply. However, I built another site on a different theme and it scrolls just fine in the emulator. On this website, there is no scroll OR drag to scroll in the emulator when the dropdown menu is open.
The website scrolls fine with the dropdown menu open on my iPhone, but the client is saying that scrolling does not work on Android devices when it’s open. It was my thinking that the lack of scrolling on both Android devices and the emulator might be connected, which is why I mentioned it in the hope that this might help lead to a solution.
Whether or not they are connected ultimately doesn’t matter. I would greatly appreciate any help in getting the scrolling to work on Android devices.
