I want to display the sidebar with filtering before products on mobile. How can I achieve this?

I use Divi theme from Elegant Themes.

Yes, like that on mobile view! Mine is fine on desktop as it is, but I want the filtering to appear first on mobile (above the products).

On the filter/group edit page you can find Conditions box. You can set there if the filter/group should be shown on mobile/tablet/desktop. It is better to duplicate filters and have different sets for mobiles and desktop.

As for the Above products feature – it is available only in paid version of the plugin. You create group, add there filters and set group to be shown above products.
