Import Help: Column Names not showing up in “Fields”

I’m following the steps.
Once I get to step 6 though, I’m stuck here.
The Column Mapping screen displays, and WooCommerce automatically attempts to match or “map” the Column Name from your CSV to Fields.
The column names aren’t showing up in the field option. I downloaded the test .csv and whe you do it, the column names end up as options to map to. I can’t figure out what could possibly be different, but thre aren’t any real instructions to help troubleshoot why the .csv won’t work.
Please help if you can.

The actual column header name that’s in the CSV doesn’t always match the exact wording of the property it’s trying to map. So your heading in the CSV should be
