Toolbar editor in Pages

I’m having trouble with the paypal buy now plugin and the SantuCommerce plugin. I followed the installation instructions of both plugins and can’t seem to make it work.

SantuCommerce plugin problem:
After installing Santu plugin and following the documentation for implementing it in my wordpress website. In the documentation it stated that an icon of santu would appear in my toolbar editor in pages (beside the toolbar toggle) after following the step by step process. when I went to check the toolbar editor (in pages) nothing was there.

Paypal Buy Now plugin problem:
After installing Paypal plugin, a tutorial I was following, he stated that after installation (and editing some stuff on the plugin setting of paypal) a button (paypal) would just appear and could readily be used. But unfortunately nothing appeared in pages as well.

Both plugins were activated at first (thinking that it was ok to have both activated) and I read other forums saying that maybe one plugin is not making the other work. So I tried activating just one plugin thinking that activating both might cause problem with the scripts. But even that didn’t work. oh and btw I’m hosting my website on my own device using wamp.
