Subscribe2 not substituting ACTION in subscribe subject

    When a user unsubscribes (and I’m guessing when they subscribe as well), they receive a confirmation email with the word “ACTION” in the subject, instead of “subscribe” or “unsubscribe”.

    In the body of the message, the keyword is correctly substituted.
