    I have moved my location and now iq block won’t let me access login.
    I removed the plugin and can now access backend. However, when I try and reinstall iq block it is as if it is reading the old settings and not letting me access log in again.
    I have flushed all caching plugins but still same.
    Are there some database entries that I need to remove?

    When deactivating and removing the plugin it should remove all settings. If you’ve just removed the plugin from the filesystem it has no chance to do that of course.

    From your wp_options table you can remove anything that starts with blockcountry_
