Can’t retore to original

    Hello,
    I wrote to you months ago and now I am really desperate as I didn’t received any answer.
    The plugin has dammaged my pictures (logo very big), and it seems like I can’t retore to the original files from the provided button.
    Could you at least indicate where, in the code, do you affect the files, and how to manually remove the watermark?
    It would be very much appreciated (urgent). Thanks

    Hi, sorry it broke your images.

    Have you tried to restore the backup folder on FTP? Please see the How can I restore original images after the plugin was uninstalled? question in FAQ.

    Thank you for your message and link.
    Unfortunately, the FTP process did not succeed in retoring the original file 🙁
    I have about 100 affected image or more, I fear that I have to upload them one by one and rewrite their name/info/legend…. If you have another idea/solution please let me know!
