Login Issues

Looking for direction on where to look to fix login problem. When logging into WordPress( Multisite) the login page is being redirected to a different and unusual URL, below is what the URL looks like with the domain name changed to “mysite”
https://http//mysite.commysite.com/wp-admin/
When trying to login, the login page just redirects back to the login page with a blinking cursor waiting for username input.
No new plugins were added but I deactivated the plugin page via Cpanel with no luck.
When trying to use the lost password function, it does not work and returns server not found since it is redirected to the wrong URL, below is the URL with the doamin changed like above.
https://http//mysite.commysite.comwp-login.php?action=lostpassword

I believe something was changed by my hosting provider when trying to address another issue, they are looking into it but are very slow. Any help pointing me in the right direction to correct the login issue would be greatly appreciated.
