WordPress not loading to main adress

Hi, I have finished the install of wordpress 2.8, and i have gotten my login details to administrate it as-well.

The problem now is that my wp page doesn’t appear on my websites main address instead if i write a new post it ends up “after” my startpage.

When i want it to be the first thing you see when you arrive on my blog.

I don’t rly understand what’s wrong cause i’ve filled in all the info in the wp-config.php file, and written the starterpage there http://catshavedreams.se.freddy.kontrollpanelen.se/

I should prob mention that the adress i have is a secondary address due to that my host hasn’t finished register my real address.

Plz help someone, i’m new to wordpress and the whole host, domain thingy. Explain as if it were to a child. :,I

*EDIT* WP is installed directly under the site and not in any folder. And there is only on index file and that is WP’s own file. Nothing else in the map, it was empty when i installed WP.
