    I know this might be a slighty off-topic question but the person I bought my Site from, told me, he made money from Google Ads.

    How does one go about making this happen with Google? Just need this to be explained to me!

    The firs thing that you have to do is apply for an account with
    Google Adsense.

    I am not interested in Google ads and yet they appear on my webpage. I suspect that there must be something illegal here. I have nothing to do with Google Ads so why are they on my site? Who is being paid for this without my permission. What do I do?

    have you installed any third party theme? Check the theme pages, and the addsense code must be there..

    My Blog was originally created on a different site that migrated here. I have gone to your area for theme pages and it states that I have no themes.
    I also see no options for themes or html in the panel.
