Preview does not reflect page design

    Hi,

    I am using Elementor Pro to create a Single template. The theme I am using OceanWP with the extension bundle. I designed a template and everything looks okay while editing with Elementor. When I click Preview, the preview does not look like what I designed. It happened before and in one instance, I logged out and then back in to get a correct Preview. Is this a known issue? Is an OceanWP issue or an Elementor issue. It’s extremely frustrating for the Preview not to show the latest version of the design.

    Hello,

    Can you share your site link? Are you a paid user of OceanWP? If yes, then please open a support ticket on oceanwp.org.
    I don’t think it is a known issue. It may be a cache issue.

    Opened a support ticket, but OceanWP said that I should check with Elementor, which I did. It seems that this issue is related to OceanWP. Elementor tech support suggested trying another template. Did that and the issue seems to have gone away. This is a very serious issue and renders OceanWP unusable if single posts are involved. Sent info to OceanWP support yesterday, but didn’t hear back.
