Site Title Change

I changed the title of my site. When the site loads inside a browser tab – the old site title appears – I don’t know where I might look to make certain to new site title always appears in the browser tabs.

I did clear caches. BUT I also made a change in my site’s root (via codex) so there may be two of something and one is incorrect.

Has anyone had this problem who may know how to fix it?
