    I had set this up to give it a try, and now I am getting close to launching and when I click on the Settings tab of this plug-in, nothing is there. I see the tabs for General, Email and Advanced Settings, but the page is empty. Anyone else running into this? Don’t want to run this if it is not reliable. Help?

    Hi,

    when I click on the Settings tab of this plug-in, nothing is there. I see the tabs for General, Email and Advanced Settings, but the page is empty.

    Are you saying that the settings tab for the plugin while logged in as an admin is showing empty? If this is correct can you carry out the following steps:

    Deactivate and reactivate the plugin? Does this fix the issue? If if doesn’t, make sure that you are logging in as an admin in your site.

    If the above does not help, can you deactivate all of your other plugins except our plugin. Then check to see if your issue is resolved. If it is not resolved, then deactivate and delete our plugin. Then install a fresh new copy.

    Let me know if the above helps you.

    Kind regards

    Awesome, I will give that all a try. Thanks!

    Hi @mbrsolution,

    I do have the same issue as @owen919 – since yesterday evening.

    Checked and tried everything:
    logged in as admin
    deactivated all others plugin
    deactivated, deleted your plugin and installed a fresh copy
    run “Optimize Database after Deleting Revisions”

    If you have a solution please let me know. I would like to upgrade to your add-on plugin for subscription based stripe payment.

    Thank you in advance

    @kabeba, can you start a new support thread.

    Thank you

    Hi, I have same issue, just installed this plugin, and there are just 3 tabs on Setting page, without any field and texts, just FLAT GRAY. Also, I’ve checked your suggestions above.

    I’ve checked on other WP site, but the behavior was same.

    Hope this solves quickly, Cheers !

    I cannot reproduce issue, therefore don’t know how to assist you. I have tried on multiple sites – with a bunch of active plugins, none plugins at all, older WP versions etc, but Settings page is working fine for me.

    If you use Chrome browser, can you press F12 page while on settings page and refresh it (press F5 or refresh button in browser)? This would open browser’s dev tools. Click “Console” tab there and let me know if there are any errors (red) or warnings (yellow).

    @alexanderfoxc,
    Thanks for your prompt support.

    I realize the issue might be on the Safari on macOS, I suppose. Once I opened your plug-in via Chrome to follow your suggestion, I could see the menus on the tabs !

    So, I will use Chrome so far, and I hope you could solve the issue for Safari users.

    Cheers !

    Unfortunately, I don’t have a live device with macOS. But I believe Safari does have developer console as well which can display what’s wrong with the page.

    Which Safari version are you using?

    @alexanderfoxcMy,

    Beforehand, let me say “It is great Plugin !”, I set it on Chrome and works fine ! Thanks for your great work !

    So, My Safari ver. is 12.0.3, should be latest one, but my OS is bit older, previous one (High Sierra,10.13.6). This is the error on the browser I could see. Is this helpful for you ?

    I have fixed reported JS issues plus some other HTML-related ones.

    You can test it by installing testing version https://s-plugins.com/testing-version/

    Let me know if this fixed the issue.

    @alexanderfoxc,

    You must be genius ! It has been fixed on Safari with your test ver. 1.9.19t1, looks same as Chrome as far as I checked !

    Thanks for your fabulous work !

    Cheers !

    No, thank YOU for helping to track down what Safari does not like and providing its console output. And, of course, for testing it.

    The fix will be released shortly in stable version as it appears many people are using Safari. You would be able to upgrade to the stable version from your testing version via standard WP Updates menu (no need to delete the plugin and install it again etc).

    Hi team,
    I’ve updated it today and it’s working fine on Safari !

    I’ll write the review with 5 stars 😉

    Thank you !
