Actually no. WPFC is not only a cache plugin. It has some minify features and you should not use more than one same minify features concurrently.
I disabled minification from fastest cache and for compability i checked few options in fast velocity minify. I can’t save options in fastest cache because of that.

if you don’t wanna use the minify feature of wp fastest cache, you can continue with WP Super Cache.

No. Your plugin is good for caching, but not good for minification. With your minification i have 2x more https requests than in other free plugins and site is slower

1. disable Fastest Velocity Minify
2. save settings of wp fastest cache
3. enable Fastest Velocity Minify
in this case, they work together.
