Invalid Username error message

    I cannot log in using my valid username (Geologist62). Ironically, I requested a password reset and received it (valid email and it confirmed username). Using Mozilla Firefox 3.5. Cannot get to my dashboard or update blog; very frustrating.

    I have the same problem with Firefox 3.5 — but it works fine in Safari 4.0.2 (I’m on a Mac)

    I just confirmed the exact same thing. Unable to login to my blog using any user (admin or not). I reset the pw when that did not work I repaired the database, nothing.

    I am using Firefox 3.5.3 and just tried it with IE.. works fine under IE. Login without any problems.

    I’m also using Firefox 3.5.3 and a brand new installation of WordPress on a brand new hosting account. I first get the invalid username error (though I uninstalled and reinstalled and I’m certain it;’s correct). Then, if I check “Remember Me” I get a “Cookies are disabled” error, even though all cookies are enabled.

    UPDATE: I get the same exact error in IE 7.0. I don’t have my nameservers resolved yet on this account. Still, that shouldn’t be a problem unless the login script uses static URLs.

    Any thoughts?
