Multiple sidebar

I’d like to create a sidebar which would vary depends on site. I’d also like to be able to manage widgets on them via admin’s panel (Appearance >> Widgets). I’ve created pages like sidebar-site.php or sidebar-blog.php but I don’t know, what to do, to make it work.
