object and add pages

I’m using dfgalery 2 and wordpress mu on a site I’m building at the moment. Its the first time I’ve used wordpress and its driving me mad at the moment.

I want to have an extra page called gallery however when I add the page and fill in he data I want via the html option it deletes everything inside the <object> field. How can I get it to let me type i what I want??
