CLI Smush level

    Hello,

    When I use the plugin through wp cli, the level of compression is really low. A good compression gets down to 9% but when I smush from the wp-admin I get down to 80-90%. Is this a setting or a restriction?

    @gitaluppsala,

    WP CLI should utilize the settings from Smush. I will check this out

    It seems that when done through the CLI, there is 2 “Fullsize” created and an ability to “Resmush”. When I hit “Resmush” everything seems normal again.

    @gitaluppsala,

    I haven’t been able to replicate the issue you are talking about. Full sized images will be ignored with the Free version of Smush. The only bug that is there – you need to make sure that all the attachment sizes are selected under the Automatically smush my images on upload checkbox in Bulk Smush settings (even if that option is turned off).
