    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at D:\web\www\wp\wp-content\themes\meganews\functions.php:2) in D:\web\www\wp\wp-includes\pluggable.php on line 850

    i am not sure about error in functions.php:2

    can any one help me out

    Redownload a fresh copy of your theme from wherever you got it and replace the bad functions.php with the newly downloaded one.
