Error message installing a theme

    I’m trying to install a WordPress template but I get the following message:

    Warning: ftp_mkdir(): /httpdocs/wp-content/upgrade: Permission denied in /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/thefamilynoticeboard.co.uk/subdomains/blog/httpdocs/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-filesystem-ftpext.php on line 240

    Could not create directory /httpdocs/wp-content/upgrade

    Can anybody help?
