You can show the questions category in the quiz and you can enable it while adding a quiz.

i have 500 question, and i show only 100 question = category A = 35 question , Category B = 35 question and category C = 30 question

Hello, this feature is not in the Wp Pro Quiz to limit the category wise questions. It will randomly pick up the 100 questions from 500 and you can’t set the limit to the categories.
To achieve this either you have to get the help of the developer to get this feature or if your website is new then I would like to suggest you, use a custom exam management system according to your requirements.
