State Problem

{{first_name}} ({{state}}, {{country}}) {{product_name}} ({{price}}) adlı ürünü satın aldı.My message is this.
In state area as you see in the picture (see the link) we see only code of city. I think this is a small bug.
Is it known issue ? Or is it a new feedback. Do you have a plan to fix this ?
