    Hi,
after a recent upgrade, all of our 100 or so images show a white box that appears when you mouse-over the active region. None of our images are set to display text on hover. They are all set to show more info (additional content) when a user clicks the active region and the white box that now appears is very distracting.

Additionally, I’ve noticed that all of the content (Title + Description) that gets displayed on-click, is now center-aligned by default.

Why is this happening and how do we reset this back to how it was (no tooltip box on hover, and left aligned title + description).

    Thank you,
    ZD

    Hello @zclip,

In the recent update, we switched from the browser default tooltips to a styled tooltip for more control over how those looked. You can set the background and text color for those with the same settings that you’d use to set the background and text color of the more info area, and they can be further customized with CSS.

If you’d rather hide them entirely, you can do so with some custom CSS. We have an article on customizing Draw Attention CSS here: https://wpdrawattention.com/document/customizing-draw-attention-css/ and some helpful CSS snippets, including how to hide the tooltips here: https://wpdrawattention.com/document/helpful-css-snippets/

We’re not center-aligning the text in the more info box, so it’s likely that that is coming from your theme. It’s possible that you had customized that before but our new front end uses slightly different HTML and your previous customization might not be applying as expected any longer. If you send a link to one of your images, I’m happy to take a look and let you know what CSS you can use to left-align that text.
