    Click ‘screen options’. Are all columns unchecked maybe?

    Hi, yes, you’re correct – they were – however checking them only partly resolves the issue as the columns now don’t line up. There must be a bigger problem here, as I’m certain I never unchecked the columns and I’m the only person with access to the site.

    Probably a plugin that hooks into the column system. Try disabling all plugins except WC.

    Thanks for your suggestion. Unfortunately, it still happens, even with WC as the only active plugin.

    Try changing theme. Maybe there’s a column hook in your theme?

    Hello @lifesgood,

    There was an issue with WooCommerce 3.5.2 and WordPress 5.0.2 that caused the order list to be empty just like your screenshot. I see that you’re using WC 3.5.6 and WP 5.1 so that shouldn’t be the same issue anymore.

    You mentioned already testing by disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce and using a default theme.

    Here are a few other things to look at:

    • Have you tried using a private browsing window to view the site?
    • Try creating another user account and see if this account is able to view the list. I found one old ticket where only one administrator account was unable to view the order list.
    • Can you view the orders directly? The new order emails have a link to the order in them. If you click on that link can you view/edit the orders?

      • Let us know what you turn up and we’ll go from there.
