I’ve created a page that has been set to allow you to filter a portfolio of videos using Ajax. The problem I, and a set of 5 other people I’ve recruited to test, keep having is the filtration doesn’t work. The loader will just rotate continually, or the videos will load beyond the footer of the page.

I’ve tried using filtration without the use of Ajax. This loads the videos correctly, but also reloads the webpage and brings the site user to the top of the page.

Is there a solution that would allow site visitors to filter the videos correctly and keep them in the same page position when reloading the page?

    Please advise. Thank you! 🙂

    Dear @scoots92,

Thank you for using our product!
Could you please enable the grid loading using Ajax again, so we could check whats wrong with it?

    Dear @scoots92,

We’ve checked your website and couldn’t see any problems. The grid filtering works properly.
Could you please provide some details how can we reproduce that problem to be able to help you?
Is it happening every time you click on filters? What OS/browser do you use?

I responded to your email, but thought it could be helpful to respond here also.

We’ve had several users try their various devices and OS’ (all at different times and on a couple browsers) and we’ve all had the same issues.

    – The loader icon doesn’t disappear after the videos are filtered.
    – No videos show up at all and it’s just a long , blank page.
    – Videos will load but they will load overtop of the footer or other videos.
    – The remainder of the time the videos will filter correctly.

Please let me know if you have any other questions. Thank you!
