WordPress.org offers the feature to translate any theme or plugin online. If you have translated using a plugin on your installation, there should be two new files with .po and .mo extension. You can upload any of these files on the translation system here https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/tutor/dev/it/default/import-translations/
After these translations get approved by the Italian Translation team, the translation will be available inside the plugin and everyone will be able to use your translations.
