We are having an issue with sign-ups on a site. Sometimes it goes to a blank white page. Sometimes it gives a 500 error.

We are using the paid version of the plugin. We have submitted a support ticket with all login details and supporting evidence and have yet to receive a login for the support section, nor have we received an email confirming that the support ticket was received.

We have downgraded to previous version. We have changed .php versions as well. We have deactivated plugins and changed WordPress versions to see if there was a conflict in any of these areas.

None of it has fixed the issues.

It seems there are missing tables as well. We are using a custom prefix instead of “wp_” but do it want to share it publicly.

We got this above situation figured out. We had to go through multiple WP versions along with multiple .php versions and multiple registration magic versions until we found a combination that works.

The only thing we are having an issue with now is we cannot edit submitted forms.

When trying to edit a customer form from the Registration Magic Inbox on the WP Dash (logged in as Administrator), it comes up with this error message: “Invalid Submission ID”
